NO! Absolutely not! They will not even reply to your request for a refund. Stay away from this disreputable business!

You've no chance of getting a refund from them they use every excuse possible. Went to credit card company showed them copies of emails and photo of appalling dress and they gave me a full refund

You'll never get a refund from these people, whether it's for appalling quality (like the dress I bought) or bad fit (like many other people have discovered). Your only hope of getting your money back is by a Section 75 Claim from your credit card company, which is easy provided you are assertive.

You will not get a refund but my wedding dress cost £113 and is absolutely beautiful. Will need taking in slightly as ordered a larger size but sent my measurements. The only thing wrong is that it is too long but that is not a problem. They also altered the back so I could wear a bra and did exactly what I asked. Well worth risking £100.

Don't purchase anything from this site! Trust me and majority of the people commenting about this site. The clothes are rubbish. You won't receive a refund. Doesn't matter whether it's faulty or not as they will always try to make it as though it is your fault!

I recommend you do not use this company. I think some of the reviews are not real. I was only offered 10% back. If you send it back it will cost you a fortune.
