Very long delivery time to receive order then it was damaged

I was about to place a big jewellery order but feel so scared and dissapointed after reading all the reviews of customers still waiting since Xmas for the orders to arrive!
Can I please avail the COD option?

If there is no 'Cash on delivery' option- shouldnt there be one?

The Total Delivery Time consists of processing time and shipping time TWO parts. You can see the processing time for your item on the product page above the "Add to Cart" button. Shipping time depends on the paid shipping method which shows in checkout page.
