I'm frustrated that I made an order and I received email confirmation of payment Aug. 23rd. When I log in to check my order status it simply says, "you have no orders" and "time to start shopping" What the hell is going on here?

Got my order delivered in a month or so instead of the 10 business days. And 1 of the item seems to have some parts missing. The main problem is you don't know who you are dealing with in this website. No address, no phone numbers, no direct contact whatsoever. I can only conclude that it's a doggy website. Avoid it.

Yup, that is the same problem I had. They finally answered my question via Facebook, you can find them there, but lead me nowhere. Every one of their answer starting with SORRY, SORRY... SORRY... I placed my order with extra payment for faster shipment which takes a month and I still don't get it. They said they shipped to me after 20 days of my payment. I don't think I will get my order at all. This all I can answer you. Good luck with your purchase.

Take a breath and calm down. A times they are slow, their computer system is inaccurate and not everyone is pleased. Start a ticketand ask what is happening. With this company you trade speed for savings. They are slow, but the savings make it worth it.

Don't know about your order, but if payment has not been taken from your account I would highly recommend buying from a different site. They are absolutely horrible, it took over 20 days to receive our order and it came broken in pieces.
