How do you contact them? I sent a customer service inquiry regarding my halloween costume and they replied it will not arrive until November 6th. Order was placed 10/4/15 with their shipping would arrive 10 to 20 business days, which would arrive no later than 10/31/15. I received their reply, and tried to respond and now I receive "Access Denied". Obviously, this company is a sham and needs to correct their ways of running business. Hello BBB complaint.

I didnt. Theres no way other then what you have already done. And i dont the a BBB complaint will do anything as this company is based out kf china. Its a complete sham. And im afraid we both got screwed in this deal.

Yes if you saw from my review-- that was the jist. No contact! So Sandra answered just below my entry here & she's right, not good idea to order fro Chinese website in the future. Especially if they can't be contacted which I was not able to do via phone or email Best, Cindy

I've contacted Paypal and got immediately refund. I'll never shop again in a chinese website, no trust

I got a response 1 day after I posted a ticket... they issued a refund the same day they responded for 1 damaged item.
So you know, for quite awhile it was saying it was going to arrive at the end of October, but it actually arrived Sept 16th... Ordered on September 8 2015. So 8 days order to end... not the nightmare that many people experienced.

Honestly dont bother they wont get back to you and when they do it wont be with a truthful answer. Shop elsewhere its safer ☺

You cannot contact them! I placed an order over 2 months ago, tried to contact them, unsuccessfully, and finally disputed the charge with my credit card company, and got refunded. Last week, the item arrived! I have no intention of paying for it, but will return it TO CHINA if they send a postage paid container. Everyone should do this and not let the get away with their disgraceful business practices!

BBB does not operate in China nor do they care. Like I said before add 3-4 weeks onto the delivery date they give you.
