I bought several dresses and pairs of shoes from your sight and I love everything but one of the shoes do not fit. I bought two pairs in the same size, one is slightly big but doable but the other is so small I can't even fit my foot in it. The return labels that were shipped with my order are missed printed. They are made out to come to me. How can I go about getting a larger size? I tried the number from about and it is not working. I am calling from the U.S. Am I going to have to pay for shipping again because these sizes are irregular?

How do you get them to respond to an e-mail about an order. The live chat never goes to a person. I ordered a bathing suit and paid extra for expedited shipping and need it a couple days before they say and they said if you ask them they can get it to you sooner. But whats the best way to get a hold of them. Cant call number i dont have out of the country service. Thanks.

Okay so i found this really pretty dress that i really want for my boyfriend's prom... but i'm kinda scared to order it from milanoo.com. It's a gorgeous dress and it's a really great price.
