You and me both. I ordered a ring in April 2018. I paid for shipping. They emailed me saying my order was on it's way but I never received it. When I emailed support several times I got an auto reply stating that it was in route. It's been 9 months and still nothing.

You will not get it. The will not respond to the fake order site. The email [email protected] does not exist. Low to scam suicide.
