I order a laptop 7/23, based on my credit I had to make 6 payments of 21.89 (down payment) before they would ship the item. My final payment was friday October 4th and Thursday I received a call from mdg that I had to re verify my bank information. Once that process is done, they'll let me know of shipping and handling which they say will take 3 to 5 business days. So hopefully sometime next week I'll finally receive my laptop.

I have ordered multiple items from msg with no issues at all! We had a problem with a tv and within two days we had a new one! They sent us the shipping form and once it was scanned shipped our our new one! I def recommend!

Excellent Delivery... ordered Oct 2 2p18... UPS delivered Oct 6th... they do have a warehouse in New York in which mine was delivered from

I wouldnt expect it to arrive prior to the birthday. Tooke about three weeks from first payment till my stuff arrived. Which I expected due to internal ship from Canada to the US. But totally satisfied.

Ok so I'm thinking about purchasing something from these guys. It's be for my son's birthday which is a week and a half away. Die to limited finances at the moment it'd be much easier for me to be able to finance the gift. My question is this... I've already been approved for credit and I know I have to make the first payment in advance... How long will it take for them to ship the product? Is it possible for ma to receive said gift prior to son's birthday? I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on here some saying they've waited 3 months or longer...

They don't replace broken items that have been delivered and avoid you, stay away from them.

I have never had a problem with the company MDG delivering any of thier items. They are connected with the Brick store which are very good too. They are promp with any problems that arise and deal with it swiftly. Usually once you have been approved everything moves very quickly. The delivery people are very polite and curtious. I hope that this is helpful.
