Log onto the desktop site (because I don't know how to do it on the mobile site, ok?) In the upper right hand corner there's a place for your avatar. Next to that is a gear icon. Wand over the gear with your cursor. In the drop down menu, click on settings. A new page will open up, the two areas of greatest interest are "Change/Cancel Membership and Subscription Status. I don't want to cancel my membership, so I can't help you farther, but this should do the trick.

The only way I know to really stop them is to cancel your credit card they have and get a new card issued. Maybe your bank will refund what match charged you if you tell them they are screwing you...

Hi to cancel your subscription go into your account and follow links make sure you don't miss anything answer all questions... you should then get confirmation from them stating your account will be closed. If you miss anything they will take from your account... This has to stop as they have no rights to take money without your consent... awful site never met no one and got no feedback from so called members... Stay clear in future. Other sites are better "pof" and free dating are quite good... Paul
