I sent a dress back last sunday (april 30th) and haven't heard if lulus has received it. how long does it normally take for a dress to be returned and then again how long does it take to get the refund?

Thanks so much for reaching out. Do you have an order number? I would be more than happy to look this up for you! After we receive your return at our warehouse, our policy states it will be processed, and you will be refunded within 2-10 business days. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging!
