Please direct me where to find out what the law in Oklahoma says regarding refund for paid portion of expired vouchers. Under TERMS: Expiration Dates The Promotional Portion of the Voucher will always expire on the date printed on the Voucher. If the Merchant is in a state where it is permissible for the Paid Portion to expire, the Paid Portion of the Voucher will expire five (5) years from the date that the Voucher was issued. In some states, the law may require the Merchant to honor the Paid Portion of the Voucher beyond five years, in which case the Paid Portion of the Voucher will expire in accordance with the applicable law.

Never use living social - you should know by now they have a crooked business model. I live In the uk and it is a shame you sent these fraudsters from the USA to us

I tried everything possible to get a refund but Living Social just weren't interested. Didn't like there negative and suspicious attitude. I just deal with Groupon now I've never had any problems with them whatsoever.

Very sorry, can't answer your question as I don't live i Oklahoma - I live in Cleveland and frankly I don't even know what Ohio has to say about this either. I assume you've tried phoning LivingSocial's customer support line - my only suggestion is to phone again, but as soon as someone replies, say you want to speak to the manager, as previous calls from you have not been responded to. I've found the mamagers to be more responsive.
