Buyer placed a dispute about an item that has yet to even arrive! Mailed on Nov, 25th... by Listia rules I could have waited until today to even mail it! I answered the dispute, but I'm still not sure I will even be given the benefit of the doubt. I did not have tracking on that item (major price difference in postage!) shouldn't the buyers have to wait at least enough time for the package to arrive?

Listia has sooooo many scammers in both ends, buyers and sellers. I had a buyer try to tell me her tracked item was never received. I know they are worthless credits, but i always spend the extra few bucks for tracking. However I do agree that a sufficient time free to get in the mail should have been considered.

They do care! But if you do not have tracking on the item, they will refund the credits. That is why they always recommend tracking.
