No, but I wanted to. The ones on the website look so historical and solemn :) I know one of my colleagues did order one for her daughter. I didn't see the original painting, but when my colleagues showed its photo she'd taken - that looked very authentic and at the same time kinda historical illustration like. I'm sure if I'd seen the originall picture of my colleague's daughter, I would've liked it more...

I'd give them 6 stars out of 5! I mean it. Such a great service - I've never seen something professional and vivid that I could get just by ordering it through the internet. I ordered once a picture for my sister's birthday, and that was soo realistically drawn, I liked that instantly. It's one thing when you watch other people's pictures, but it's totally different when you get oen yourself. A seocnd order of mine was for my boyfriend - that was our picture when we were sitting near the lake when my bf was on vacation. The pic feels so serene much like the captured scene did. I recommend them for sure - great as a gift for your close ones!

Honestly? I struggled a bit when I had to pay for oil pictures, for some reason my bank card didn’t work. Luckily, customer service got in touch with me first because they noticed there was something wrong. Well, it turned out that my bank blocked my transaction, so keep in mind that you have to sort such things out before ordering something. About pictures? I ordered oil pictures for my family and they really liked it, the delivery time was without delays which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with our cooperation.

Actually, they do have a 15% discount if you do your first order. I remember how I got thatwhen I ordered a painting of my children with our beloved doggy. Nice they do that.

Paintings are good and the main value I think, is derived from how similar the final version looks like the photo you sent them. I mean you could somehow increase the picture and put it in the frame, but something you can touch and smell… idk for me it’s more convincing. As for paints quality, seems to be good oil paint… judging from the first look, time will show it anyway

I did a Portrait of my Dog and he was painted as some sort of a novelty like those portraits from the 15-16th century. Idk what this art style is called but i’m sure you have seen it around. So yes, I assume you can do some special requests. They not only recreate the original photo you have. Everything is in the process, you submit a photo, and can write down your request and then you get a proposal to review and confirm. You can make changes with your preferences until you finally get what you wanted and this is all part of the ordering process

Not sure what support you have in mind, but here is a thing you should know. If you plan to order a portrait you will be talking to some of their agents, possibly many times until the order is confirmed. You need to send your original image, you can place additional requirements if you have, you can make changes on the way… so yes, the support is totally reliable and flexible and friendly :)

They have global shipping, so if you want to ask them for delivery, they will make it. The speed of the shipping is not instant, but it’s OK. The painting comes in great package too to cover the art.
