Never ordered men's stuff from China, but you know the men there are just as tiny as the women usually. I would always go at least 2 sizes larger, if not more, you are going for not only height, but girth as well. If it is an expensive shirt, remember, you can always make something smaller but you can never make it larger, rather than go thru the major hassle of trying to return it. Maybe order something inexpensive for first try and see how it fits, take it from there.

First make up your mind if you are willing to wait 1 - 2 month of agonising wait to receive your whatever size shirt, 2ndly be ready to pay double the price of the shirts when it arrives on account of customs and vat...

I bought a sweatshirt size large on the LITB website. When it arrived, it was the size of a what we would call a medium. Had to do it again, I would order a size larger than I take but that's not possible in all clothes and may not be sufficient in others. Hope that helps.

If you live in the USA than the USA sizes. My dress was true to size in the USA. Sizes, so I'm thinking it's pretty accurate. Take measurements of your self and compare them to their chart.
