There is not a phone number and they never replied to my emails or my request during in the ticket order. However, I contacted them many times regarding the money they charged me but never shipped any items and then one day the order was deleted from their system so I could not make requests in the ticket order either. The only way I was able to resolve this was to file a complaint to paypal, then someone contacted me right away and issued the refund. Thank goodness I used paypal or I feel this company overseas would have never refunded my money or responded back..

It should say in your "Orders" area. Submit a ticket if it takes too long.

They do not have customer service. If you send inquiry then you will get the answer like this (It usually takes 10-20 working days (14-28 days) for the package to arrive. So it's normal that you still haven't received the package because it's still in transit. However, if you do not receive your order by 2015-00-00, please contact us as soon as possible.)

Its a no service company, if something goes wrong you wear it so buy at your own risk

It might take 2 months.:-( Don't know why, I think they keep the products in shipping company for a long time and do not send it for delivery soon. Very slow site. Even I regret for ordering makeup here which I need before 21st. They give you a tentative date of 1 month from the date of ordering if you open a ticket and if the package does not come on or before that day, you need to raise another ticket and they will check with courier service after that. So, in all it takes almost 2 months.
