I need to get in touch with them by phone re ordering issue. I cannot find a phone number.

Why don't you create a ticket in your order section. In track my package link you will get ask customer services. And ask detailed question and leave a phone number. They always reply to tickets within a day. And they might help as well to resolve the issue.

They don't have a number. You have to submit a ticket.

I had to contact them on Facebook since the trouble app did not work. Eventually I lodged a complaint with Paypal but they company took care of my returns.

Good luck. While I got my products and they were nice after I found out where they were located (after I ordered) I decided not to order again. I had to cancel my cc because they charged me an extra amount. I hope you get your products.

I only got to send them emails throug the return section! Phone number would probably cost a fortune to call!

You have to go into an order you've placed them underneath the details shows returns/ refunds or incorrect size click one of those. The next page shows how to take measurements for a return and all the way on the bottom will say click to create customer service ticket ( this of course won't work) but will take you to another page saying exactly that. However on the bottom there will be a number (650 area code) which doesn't work and an email address which will be returned undeliverable. Good luck but I've literally tried this every other day and from different computer / laptop in case it had to do with that.

I found that after very direct and easy emails I got what I wanted.
Just use small words, like speaking to a child.

Hi Sherri, My sympathy for your situation. Not only is there no phone number for these yahoos but no address either and believe me I looked intently. Their web front page and customer service smoke screen is a circle jerk extraordinaire (link to another page, then back). They did not deliver my goods at all and claimed that since I elected super saver shipping (uh, they gave me no choice), they say that 40+ days is not unreasonable and that I should be patient. Uh, not happening. I recovered my money through a credit dispute. They are hit and miss. Some people get their items but good luck with any customer service. So sorry to hear about your problem.
