Hi there. My address details are very long and do not fit into the address box. Can you please offer a solution? I am wanting to order an item as a gift and am on a time frame which is fast running out!!!!

Please check whether the address is correct and use Computer to place an order. If you still can't put correct shipping address, please send us a screenshot.

Just put in a ticket. Put what u want in your cart. Click on your order you will see a view button. In there I would ask them there. To try to get a hold of customer service is impossible and very frustrating.
