Lerato, LITB should have sent you an order confirmation including an anticipated delivery date. However, if you ordered on-line, you should be able to log on to their website and track your order there too. I had good luck with receiving timely responses to questions using LITB's contact us function. You may want to give that a try too.
I agree with what others have said, my experience was that it took 4 - 6 weeks to receive ordered products in the States. Have no idea how it takes for other countries. Wouldn't hurt to follow up.

It's normal for 3 weeks till a month for sending.
When ordering more then $ 50 - $ 100 it is possible duty will keep the package for investigation for another week.

It took my order about a month to get to me. But if I were you I would start following up on the order as many people have had poor experiences. This is why I would never take the chance to order from them again.

I have ordered many things from LITB and most of the time, it takes 20 days to a month. I have gotten things quicker than that, but for the most part, it's a months wait. LITB prices are great, so it's worth the wait. Just be patient.
