Just read the recent feedback for this so called seller, it has gone down terribly. I had to threaten them with the small claims court to get my money back from paypal. It is of course your choice but I will never use them again.If it seems to good to be true it usually is. Regards, Alan.

I still have not received the item I ordered almost a month ago and I am worried about the quality. I would not order from them again just because of the poor shipping policies.

I have ordered twice from the company and three items were fine and good quality, one was not so good but then the price was low. I guess you get what you pay for so if it is cheap you cannot expect top quality. Yes the order through to delivery time can be a couple of months or earlier so do not order if it is urgent or you want it for a particular date. On the plus side the site do have a wide range of goods and low low prices. Your choice really. I did do a return on a dress to get a larger size and that went through in a couple of weeks, but I could not know how long it might take, just had to wait. Regards Lynda

While I ordered once only and the duty I get in that make me afraid but the quality of cushions cover was fine.

Well I can only comment on my own personal experience and I wouldn't shop with them again. Some people have been lucky but I wasn't. What's the point in placing an order with someone and then crossing your fingers and waiting to see if you've been one of the lucky ones or not? Over to you. Best of luck!.

While the items I ordered turned out beautiful and I got them in time for my wedding, I wouldn't do it again. In fact had I known about Sitejabber before ordering, I probably wouldn't have ordered at all. I wouldn't suggest ordering. There doesn't seem to be any consistency with the quality or the time frame to get the product.

The main problem is that you don't know when you are going to receive the product. You might be expecting the products within a week and the probability is that you receive it after months. Not sure about the quality of the fashion products.

I ordered a Zmodo Wireless NVR Security Camera Kit. I was expecting the delivery within a week, but I got it after 9 months.

I have only bought fashion from light in the box. I have always found quality good and the site responsive to my one issue I had. I am not sure about a number of items they seem to retail on behalf of third party vendors but if the price is not too expensive I would go ahead. Regards J

The quality is good but it takes a long time to receive the items. I am waiting for 6 orders which I ordered from end of October to 6th December. Some of them were Christmas presents so I had to go and buy different presents. I use Paypal for payment which goes out straitaway from the bank, but when I look at My account, it says that payment was made 3weeks after. I keep sayind that i will not order anymore but their merchandise is very good

I can only answer that based on my exp with this company... I didn't recieve my order as promised, I couldn't get anywhere with customer service and when they did respond it was... Were so sorry, please wait more time... And do on... After... 29 days, I finally got a refund, the order came next day... It does not work
