Very difficult, I struggled to get an answer when I purchased her products and felt a great relief when I saw many others struggle to get an answer on her fb group

She offers no guarantees on her products (which are half assed and mediocre- save your money) and if you question her policies at all, she turns into a vicious raging lunatic. Buyer beware.

She's very responsive. She usually responds within hours. For email coaching, since it's very cheap and she has a long line, it will take within 7 days, give or take a little.
