I was charged for VIP membership, I called today, saying that I want to cancel membership and get refund. It came up as I cancel it but they can't even refund me a money, and they transfer it as scores to my account that they page to buy something by saying that there's no way to get money back. Can I do something about it? I want just my money back

They do give refunds if you have a situation where you could not access your profile to select "skip a month". They now give you 5-6 days to skip a month - there is no excuse for you to not make time to skip the month. Sometimes if you miss it, you need to own up to it or just cancel the subscription if you don't want to be bothered with it.

I sure wish. Same problem here. They DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT. I just cancelled and had to accept those "Credits" as a loss

Yes you can get your money back. You just have to be a real bitch. I've realized if you lose your cool and threaten to sue them they are pretty quick to accommodate.
