Them tricksters! They put it in the fine print in the Terms and Conditions, everyone knows nobody reads those!

Call them and do not stop saying "I did not agree to you taking money out of my account after I've made my transaction" "I did not agree to having you hold my money in a separate system for your use" "if the money exists as a credit for one time use then the other credits can also be refunded as I did not approve of this credit system"
