How do I get my £35 refund, I did not authorise a membership or a payment to be taken?

They wouldn't refund mine apparently it's in the terms and conditions if you create an account you sign up for them to credit your account with £35 every month! I got in touch with Pay pal and they stopped them from taking more when I deleted my account. Hope you had better luck than me.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company and then cancel the card number for fraudulent use. They will send a new card with a new number.
