I do not recall what I ordered from them so I cannot answer you on this one, other than it was on time and in good condition... I think Joss and Main are part of Wayfair which I have ordered from a safe which came in record time, very pleased with that order... Where I don't recall..

I think their main location is in Boston. However, I believe there are multiple shipping locations depending on the manufacturing location of an item.

I believe they 'drop ship', meaning the product is shipped direct from the manufacturers they work with as soon as you make the purchase. Really helps in getting product quicker :)

From many sites I believe. My last order came in record time!

They use several suppliers. The end or bottom of their web site shows who they are. You could order 4 items, and have each one come alone, if the Mfr. Is different. I find them easy to deal with, & with great Customer Service.

I have never paid attention but if everything does come from MA, then I am really impressed on their delivery time to California and Hawaii.
