Use your tablet... and you won't have to use your password unless you want to by something. I do agree that on the computer it is a pain.

I have ordered several things from Joss and have been very happy with each one. Of course I have not ordered any of the furniture but I don't see why the quality would change there. I say go for it.

Remember your mother telling you not to put your hands in your mouth ahanding money because you don't know where it hs been Same principal applies, where the fabric has been, what country, how many varmints have visited it, etc.etc.et. And, I would not wash, I would dry clean.

I would call customer service. On the many orders placed with Joss&Main, I received the item(s) very soon after I ordered them.

I would suggest to talk o someone there. Make sure that you know what to ask so that you can get the answers you need about the cushions. Delivery is another subject and most people that deliver furniture will not leave outside unless instructed to do so. I hope this answers your questions.

I'm sorry but have not ordered anything large from them; mostly small decorating pieces.
