Why do I have to email customer service? I ordered the wrong size and tried to contact them before the ordered shipped. First I didn't get and answer, then i was told to send an email?

They do not have a clue on how to handle the business world and customer service is does not exist in their books.

Greetings! May I have your order number or your email address in our website?

In my experience they usually respond quite fast via email. We do not know how information is cascaded down so while you might have informed them about the wrong size but perhaps the order had already been prepared and ready to shipped.

I had an experience on getting the wrong shoe size(received size 36 shoes should be 38), I used live chat to communicate with them and the agent told me in order to resolve the issue, they asked me to show proof that I received the wrong size, so I sent a picture of the size of the shoes which was 36. And without hesitation they told me that they are going to send the right shoe sizes without me spending the shipping fee and not shipping the wrong shoes to them. Of course I was so happy and lucky, no hassles in my part!

I recieved the items i had ordered, but unfortunately and apparently you can only email or contact them via their live chat on the site, which sucks when you really want to verbally communicate with someone. Ive only interacted once with live chat but i got the feeling that one would end up going around in circles with them because of the language barrier. I suggest when u get your item, resell it or give it away because it may cost you way more money to send it back, and if u do decide to send it back, its going to be another wait period before u get your exchange. Tis up to you. Good luck.

Have you tried their live chat customers assistance? You would see that on the upper part of their website.

Because they don't actually speak English. Anyone can slowly translate from email. If you start grilling them in English, they will not have an answer, IF they even exist.
