Probably because this company is a scam. The merchandise fits dolls not real women. I wear size 000 from Chicos. I ordered ex large from this company because I was afraid sizes would run small because of comments on the website. They were WAY too SMALL and returning them cost 1/2 of the price I paid for them. NOT WORTH IT HOLD ONTO YOUR MONEY, DON'T SEND IT TO CHINA!

Same as above, I am in UK and as they have a UK address presumed I could return the items there. They have gone into the charity bag I had posted through my door this weekend as it would only annoy me even more to see these horrible garments in my wardrobe.

I agree with Karen D! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THEIR SITE! I ordered over seventy bucks worth of clothes and not one thing fit. And I ordered 3 different sizes because I like some shirts baggy and some a little snug. The two snug shirts would fit a doll and the large one wouldn't fit an elephant! Crazy! And their customer service sucks. The only response I got was to mail it back to China because I gave them a bad review. Up until that point, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Their "live" buttons do not work. When I posted my review on here, Sunny sent me a reply on where to send it. I checked into it and it was WAY expensive! Sunny offered me ten dollars credit... not on my credit card, but on my account. Why would I want to buy anything else from them! You dodge a bullet in my opinion.

This place should go out of business. This is one of the worst so-called online stores. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS PLACE. I chalked this one as a LOSS. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. I am screaming at the top of my lungs.
