If you go to the site, at the bottom of the page is the return policy. It is quite extensive, and covers most reasons for return. It sounds very fair. The problem comes in, when WE have to pay the cost to return the item. I had NO idea that this company was in China, until I received the email telling me my order was on it's way. THEN and only then did I realize this was coming from China. I never would have ordered, never. I live in Canada, the shipping charges for me will be very high. The items do not fit, they are NOT sized as the guide claims them to be. I have never seen any review on this company that is good. If you have not ordered, don't.
