I haven't ordered anything from them yet. I live in the UK and managed to speak to 2 staff members on the 24/7 chat, one in chinese and one in english to ask about delivery dates. Based on what they've said, apparently they have had a unusually high amount of orders during this years sale season and that delivery will be slower than usual which will take at least 15 days or slightly more in total from the day you placed the order if by express, which it says will take 3-7 days to deliver. The other member told me they take 3-7 picking the items and then 5-10 days shipping them to you based on the courier!

I have realized it by dealing with them and learnt they are simply Chinese thugs so all international buyers please stay away.

I am so frustrated! All the items I ordered for Christmas. Now they won't arrive on time. They should have told us it won't come in time. I don't want any of the items I ordered now. Can't reach by phone - rings and rings. Emails answered the same each time. Don't worry - they are trying. I say - hire more staff! Very poor customer service.

I am in the same situation. Did my xmas gifts for family and friends, orderd on 29 of november, items still not with me, while on the website shows it been deliverd.

Oh, the problem is the same with me due to holiday as their explanation. We have no idea, only wait for even though I have contacted them for many time. I think they should develop this point and make commitments for their customers at any time.

In my experience, orders take about 3 to 4 weeks to get to mid-western U.S. Items have always arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. Only once was a clasp on a necklace broken, but was easily fixed with a little glue.

Well keep on sending e mails daily. I have now managed to get some action they have offered money back into account or PayPal. You can guess the option I am taking never again.

Still haven't received my order... November 29! Scamm! Please let me know what you plan to do.
