Well I had a good experience. You have to check the sizes very well, always order a bit larger then what is your size. To be shipped took up to 10 days and it took less then 10 days to arrived after that, the conditions of the package were good and the items, comparing quality price, were as expected. :)

Good heavens no. Read the reviews! There are plenty & they all say the same thing. This company has excellent fashion photography. That's it. So if you want a great photograph of a nice dress or outstanding coat, see if they'll sell you some of their pics to hang on your wall. The clothes come nothing like they look in the photos. I've seen doll clothes of better quality. Cheap because they're crap & smell like bug spray. I ordered a size large coat. It was too small for my 8 yr. Old granddaughter. Her American Girl doll clothes are nicer. READ!

NO! I never got satisfaction from customer service. They won't send me the name and contact info. For the president of the company. I'm thinking of contacting John Kerry, Sec of State, to complain about the company to Chinese authorities.

NEVER WASTE your MONEY and TIME with this company. The merchandise is faulty and the return policy is terrible. You can't talk to them, sending it back to China is very expensive.
