But a really bad report about this company. They will refund the money and they will ask you to delete the bad report and keep the clothes. I did and I sold them.

Returning is expensive to China. The shipping fees are ridiculous. You're better off just donating it if it doesn't fit. Lost of money yes, but you would lose more money and your sanity returning with this company. They're horrible!

Good luck getting a exchange or refund on your items. This company will NOT pay sshipping and the shipping is outrageous as you will find out! Good luck it took me along time and alot of emails to finally get some help.

If your problem was from the company, size or style not match than the description, missing button or zipper, you can talk to the customer service via the live chat, don't send email, tell them you want the full refund. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY COMPENSATION BONUS. I tried this way, it works!

I agree. Shipping to China is expensive. It is always cheaper for them to ship to the States. I deal a lot with customs and shipping reports at my work, and it is not worth it. If you do decide to send it back put the value at $3 per item. Do not exceed $100 and ship as a gift. Bottom line... this company sucks but can get away with it since they are in China.
