I was not happy at all with my custom-made dress because they did not go by my measurements when they made it. I checked and double-checked that I submitted the right numbers, and I did. After a lot of trouble they finally agreed to refund all of my money. Problem is when I returned the dress, they only refunded a partial amount which was not what was agreed upon. I found out if anybody has anything negative to say they will not post it to their website as a review for others to read. I recommend going somewhere else which is what I had to do when my dress came in all wrong right before my daughter's wedding.

The dress I ordered was of excellent quality, I would like mention as well that any questions you may have you can ask JJ House as well, as they are very good and responding quickly and honestly.

I was also very impressed, the quality and materials used were fantastic. Would definitely recommend jj house.

I was so impressed with the quality, as was everyone at our wedding! I was very dubious but mine was just perfect. I did pay extra to give specific measurements, though, which I would definitely recommend for peace of mind.
