Customer service must be selective on who they respond to, because I have emailed them... still awaiting response. I must say, this company runs their business very inconsistently.

I have found out that even with an order number it does no good. Still can't get them to answer phone or respond to emails. Ordered 10 days ago and order still says processing. How can a company with this many bad reviews stay in business!. Hopefully we will get our money back. They sold be shit down!

I'm having the same issue. It's been almost a week I've emailed twice and tried calling customer service. No response to my emails and every time I call customer service the phone just rings for 4 1/2 minutes then I get hung up on. I received no order number, no shipping information, no confirmation from the company. They did, however take out the money from my account same day the ring was ordered. I'm starting to get very frustrated with the lack of communication and the seemingly shady business practices happening.

Your order number is your confirmation number that you should have received by email. I recieved three emails from them when I ordered.
