Yes cancel this order and call your credit card company. No matter what they do this dress will be nothing like what you ordered. Nordsroms and Lord and Taylor have some beautiful dresses on line and the best customer service. Good Luck. This company is a nightmare... do not order from them.

I understand. Please cancel and dispute your order because they are scam artist. Don't buy another thing from them. You will not be able to return the dress and will not receive a return address from them. I was a horrible experience for me after several emails and attempts by phone. My dresses arrived very late and had a very bad odor and the quality was poor. I ended up contacting my credit card company and filing a dispute.

NEVER EVER buy from Izidress! Cancel your order & dispute charges with help of your credit card company. Hope you find a local place to buy your dress on time.

Cherie, I would NOT depend on the scumbags to send you a dress that not only FITS, but one that looks like the pictures on their site. I have read that they STEAL the pictures from other designers/sites, and I can assure you that the tacky dress they sent me was FAR from the picture on their site. They would not listen to my complaints at all, but keep e-mailing for me to take it to a tailor. The best tailor in the world could not have saved that disaster of a dress. I am still wrangling with them, but do not expect to get one red cent back. I did not use a credit card, but a debit card (my mistake), so will not be able to recover the money. I chalked this up to a hard lesson and have told everyone about this horrible company. I even left a negative review on their website, but guess what. It never got posted! Imagine that! I would run to the nearest mall/bridal shop and purchase a dress right away. I was down to the wire in finding something but I did and the wedding was perfect! As for the dress, I am saving it in case I need more pictures to prove my case, but it will end up in the trash. Too tacky and ill-fitting to even take to Goodwill! ARGH!

I'm agree with all the previous answer. Cancel the order, put a dispute with your credit card. They will steal you. They will said that they will send you another dress, but do not believe. They asked me to return the dress that they sent me two sizes small that the one that I ordered, after many e-mails. I returned the dress about two months ago and I'm still waiting for the reimbursement of my money. I lost the dress and the money, including the shipping cost of returning. After all the issues with this scam company I found a dress on Dillards online. I also file a claim with ic3.gov, it's a website where you file complaints about this kind of companies. I used Paypal thinking that they will support me if the company do not respond, guess what; Paypal close my dispute with the company, in favor of the company. Can you believe?

You will be better off cancelling if possible they screwed my dress up so bad and it was for my son's wedding it finally arrived 10 days before the wedding (I had ordered 3 months prior) and it had been custom ordered also. I had to find a seamstress and have the dress completely altered. It did not match the pictures AT ALL the color was not right, it was horrible. I did not have time to find another dress and I was so uncomfortable and self conscious. This wedding was an extremely formal affair that cost over 35,000 dollars! There I was looking like I had went to a second hand shop to purchase my dress. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

The dress I ordered for my son's wedding was a disaster. Izzidresses was a nightmare to deal with, but when they received the credit card dispute, they offered to refund my money IF I canceled the dispute. Of course I did not cancel the dispute and was refunded by the bank. I suggest you cancel the order and save yourself the expense of returning it to China, and contact your credit card company.

Yes absolutely, cancel the order once they have your money it's gone. The price of returning the dress is very expensive to China and they have never given a refund they tell you to take it to a seamstress and they will pay the bill etc. I still have my 250 dollar dress that did not fit me properly and just didn't suite me either. I sent them numerous emails and they had me send them pictures take my measurements again and take photos while taking the measurements just ridiculous

I would definitely do that. This is such a scam, They change their web address so be alert for that. Once I told my bank that the claim was accepted and I let the bank lawyers duke it out, but you'll find a better dress at Lord and Taylor! They have beautiful dresses!
Once I filed with the credit card company, Izi started calling me everyday telling - not asking - telling me to cancel my bank claim and if I did so they would redo my dresses! Creeps

I would do that, they are definitely a scam. I can make a dress better than this and mine turned out bright orange now coral!
