DON'T DO IT! The dress I ordered came in too small and in a different color! When I contacted them, they told me to enjoy my beautiful dress. The last straw was when they told me to sell the dress on ebay! I filed a complaint with my credit card company and got all my money back and threw the dress in the trash where it belonged!

Pauline, can you please explain your question? I am a consumer that ordered a dress from this place for the first time, as I explained in my review, when I tried to cancel the following day this company started harassing me by phone and emails.

I would not trust them if were you. I had a bad experience with them, You can not return it. My dress arrived only days before my event, with a very bad odor and I did the costume alterations to my measurements oh my God what a big mistake that was. So not only did i have to take the dress to a tailor I also had to get it cleaned.The extra money I had to spend was not worth it.

I hate to rain on your parade but have a good alteration person ready. It is only returnable if it is their fault and of course they are not at fault.

You CAN NOT return an Izi dress. Chock it up to an expensive mistake. Call your credit card company and file a dispute. They may be able to help you out. Thank You Capital One for putting your customers first. Go USA
