Is paying with PayPal the safest way to buy?

Hi Chelsea,
If you must use ioffer (I've received some goods; too big, too small; poor quality, and chuanqi88shijie163 (3636) still has the products I bought (4 belts) plus my $115. Yes, he is a thief. If you must buy then Paypal can get your money back if they don't deliver.

If you are purchasing genuine items, yes it's safe but if it's a copy then PayPal will only step in once you have a signed afadafyd that it's a fake. This I found all too hard. My advice. Use eBay. Fake items are not allowed to be sold on this site. I offer don't care if it's fake or not

Yes it is the safest way cause if u don't get your stuff you can claim back off PayPal hope it helps you
