Sales tax is charged in the states where the seller lives or stores the product.

Many overseas sellers neither live or store inventory in the US, thus they don't legally need to charge sales taxes.

You'll need to contact the seller to see if taxes are required from your city and state.

YOUR BEST BET IS TO CONTACT THE SELLER WITH THESE QUESTIONS, SINCE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO WILL MAKE THE ACTUAL DETERMINATION OF COST.

If you are in the USA, they it should be just the $49.00 they won't charge any extra fee or shipping

There will be an extra fee charged by your credit card for about $3, for the service of sending/paying for goofs $ internationally, is like when you go to Mexico they charge you a percent rate for even exchange. Am not sire if it is 3%. No never had any dealings with that seller, but look carefully at the picture because I have never ordered anything that was the same, either had something missing, of course no box, it will come with a flimsy bag, but since it is just a wallet they are pretty good with the little stuff!
