Why is there no one there to answer the phones or return the 7 messages I have left? Are you afraid of your customers?

Emails get no response, Just call then stay on the line for as long as it takes, my norm has been 30-60 minutes of hold time to talk to someone, but the reps have been pleasent & helpful once you get to speak to them.
