Love the boots I ordered but I went to lace them for the first time and an eyelet grommet popped right off? Is this a common problem or a defect?

I'd love to order, but have extra wide feet. Are any styles considered wide?

Answer:
I have neuropathy and ordered the regular width and they were too tight. I really don't know if you could find Inkkas wide enough because for a wide foot.
