Since the screen has changed, I have not been credited for videos watched. Is anyone else having the same problem? As a matter of fact the reps in livechat is of no help as most of you know. Your kind response is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jean! Well, there can be many factors related to crediting and videos in whether or not a member is credited by the Video Provider. If you experience an issue with video on a browser you can try to use another. Always make sure you have all the up to date JavaScript & Adobe Player installed. Some video providers work best on Chrome and less on IE or Firefox. Majority of our member usually use Firefox without incident but again, this can depend on where the feed is coming from with the provider.
Susanne S., no information is being obtained on video views about a member and no malfunctions are reported. With over 3 Million Members we have had much success with videos and other features on the site but it sounds like you may not have and for that we do apologize.

Linda, each video provider is different and each view can have a different experience while some of the "videos" are actual Website pages/links and not a true video so this is why the agents simply remind members to make sure they are following all the requirements.

I'm sorry I can't answer your question.
A poorly maintained website is not surprising at all, particularly when THE MALFUNCTION is beneficial to COMPANY PROFITS; if the website "issues relating to non credit hurt company bottom line, you can be certain it would have been shut down IMMEDIATELY and technicians would be working frantically to get said errors repaired.
Were you past the $20.00 mark of money earned or closer to that arbitrary $30.00 mark? Either way, they got your personal information WHICH IS THE ULTIMATE GOAL.
To be blunt, THEY DON'T NEED YOU ANY LONGER.
With INBOX DOLLARS, it SOUNDS like... yet one more scam perpetrated against the unsuspecting participant.

I asked the same question through their Inbox Dollars Facebook site, and they answered fairly quickly - unfortunately, they suggested that I reread the video instructions as the main solution to the problem – they did mention that they were working on issues related to not being credited for video watching.The
