Question:

I got a shipment confirmation dated Nov 5 telling me that Ill receive additional email with tracking information. I still havent heard of anything..

Question:

They ordered and charged me without my knowledge. They just emailed me but I would like to cancel but no email address. How can I cancel without hassle to call them? I have never authorized such an automatic shipping and it seems a fraud.

How do I cancel my order? Or at least how can I stop the autoshipment program? Please help me...

Answer:
I think you have to call them and ask for a RMA but I also need help too... If you found the solution can you help me out?
