I have been trying to return my son Hoverboard 360 bc the wheel quit turning however I can not get a response. I was happy with product until it tore up. I simply just wanted them to replace product, I did not want a refund but I can not get a response. How do you go about filing a complaint?

Did you receive a new board yet and is it working? We are having the same issue with the wheel and I cannot get a response by email. And like everyone says you cannot reach the company by phone because you wait on hold for 11 minutes then the recording tells you the answering system is full and hangs up on you.

I posted earlier that I was having a problem getting them to respond to my emails, but I finally got an email to return my product. 1. send email detailing what problems your having to Return Authorizations 2. Wait
3. Returns Dept will send you a form in an attachment ask you to fill form out, scan completed form to computer, take pictures of board(take from all angles) send back in email.
4. Wait (while they get the okay from their Returns Manager)
5. Returns Dept will send you a email telling you where to send your Hoverboard 360. (I sent mine back via UPS, had to also pay for shipping, if you have AAA you can get a small discount on shipping)
6. Once you have shipped it back, email them with the tracking #.
You may have to send a few reminder emails to them to make sure they have not forgotten about you. I recommend emailing, bc you always have a paper trail.

I received the return address after I disputed the money w my credit card company. I guess they don't want you to keep it if they aren't getting paid! Ha. I would suggest doing the same. Just FYI it takes a while

I filed a complaint with the NY Internet business fraud department, disputed my charge and refused delivery from UPS. Has anyone gotten a return address from this business yet?
