Do not order from them go elsewhere. I agree with all the other reviews.

I don't recommend this company at all. You have no recourse if anything breaks or isn't in great condition when you receive it. You will have a very difficult time getting through to them & they will give you no info if you call them & actually get lucky enough to get through. They will not give you any info for a return or exchange. I was simply trying to do an exchange for a different color & they told me I had to email them to get a return address which I've done 6x's now with no response letting me know the address to return or exchange & no invoice in the box. I have no idea how they work or quality because I haven't opened the ones I bought. Basically, once you buy them, they are yours & there is No Return or Exchange no matter what even original packaging & never opened. I recommend you go with a company that will back their product up and you can get through to if necessary. I'm working with my cc's dispute Dept now to help me return them & get my money back since they say on their website 30 day return policy.

I ordered 1 from my son from Glitek. It came within 1 week. The customer service is awesome. I ordered 1 for my daughter from hover board 360 on November 29 still have not received it found out it actually ships from hong Kong. Use Glitek. Tony Le is the CEO of glitek. He has been on several radio stations as well as Wendy Williams.
