Seems no one from Hoteling.com is monitoring or responding... I got an email response yesterday to my first email from more than 8 days ago - to tell me that their system has technical issues. How to trust their systems and their integrity if it takes > 7 days to inform customer of technical issues? But it seems charging of account and grabbing funds of credit cards works each time.

I am not sure how third party reputed companies like trivago are allowing hoteling on their platform. I had similar issues with hoteling.com, they are very rude and they do not have a direct phone number listed on their website. Block them guys!

I agree totally the taking from credit accounts works fine, but the email to confirm is totally a joke. Avoid avoid avoid.

Email doesn't seem to be monitored enough but a phone call appears to get a quick result.

While they sometimes take time to get back to you, they will get back to you. Just give it some time.
