There are so many other booking sites that actually DO NOT cause you to stress out. Please use those instead. Hoteling will send you a confirmation and take your money BUT, that doesn't mean you actually have a reservation.

We had a terrible experience with Hoteling. My detailed review is elsewhere on Sitejabber. After I posted my negative review, Hoteling contacted me directly twice. I gave them all the details of our reservation, including THEIR confirm number. I was told they would investigate, and we never heard from them again despite my three separate attempts to follow up with them. To all consumers: STAY AWAY! To the entire legal profession: Class action lawsuit?!

What to say? As far as now, it was charged the right amount (ok will check again now on the account...!), and i found my room. The only drawback is that i did not get an invoice needed for my expenses sheet, they said they are "intermediary", but did not say for whom... so who got my money? I could not put on the costs the stay. I had only this experience, cant help more than this sorry

No. I can't believe they are still in business! They are thieves and liars and impossible to work with!

If you believe that first answer is legit, I've got a bridge for sale. I guarantee it's from someone at Hoteling hoping to find another sucker. Heed the advice of JC and run. I can't believe you'd even consider using them.

Our experience was excellent. And we wil use them again. Actually our biggest problem was with hotels.com when they sold us a hotel that had no vacancy!

My experience was excellent. I needed a room for NFL game Dec 27th 2015 in Glendale, AZ. I wanted to stay across from stadium. All the hotels were full. I called hotels myself 1st. Then I checked w/Travelocity and several other travel agencies. All their rooms were sold as well. Then I saw Hoteling had availability. I booked a room w/a bed. Received my confirmation at the same time online. I confirmed w/the hotel directly 2 days later and hotel also had my name and confirmed my booking. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival that I got a large suite w/3 beds. Everything went very smoothly. So Hoteling did an excellent job for me when I couldn't get a room from any other venue.
