Depends who created the listing? Was it you, then you set up an account with email and password, if it was set up by a property manager, then you need to speak to them about it, as they have one sign on for all their properties and may not want you to have access to all the listings

Very difficult to contact them. However, I finally found some # 's for customer service 512/505-1308, 512/782-0805 or 877/228-3145. If you want to switch to Flip Key, their # is 877/354-7539.
