Yes you have buy bid before start playing. I did buy and luckily I won 2 things from there but I have to pay USD $19.99 for each item for shipping. As i said some people playin this site and they don't wanna stop even when the bidding price getting higher from the retail price. Also I don't recommend this site who lives in Canada.
