Hello! I don't know how this site works. I've never done a penny auction. I need to get an iPad mini 2 or 3, with at least 16 GB, and it needs to have cellular and work with T Mobile (for my job). Would I be able to find that easily?

No, it is not easy and it is better off being very careful. You are better off buying one. I would watch and try for giftcards and smaller items

I have been on this site for over two years and everything should work on your wifi I do not play as much because they used to have single item bids but they have changed to multiple items and increased the bids I still play but not the double bids I wished they would go back to the old way
