Hi there, I have been waiting to receive my whitening kit since a month and yet no replies to my emails, no parcel's been delivered and I do not understand how come some people are receiving their stuff and the vast majority, like me, are not.
Does anyone have a phone number to call these *********? Or how can I complaint to get my money back?

Think I have figured out what is going on here - people have got two similar sounding companies mixed up! The dental/tooth website happy-health.co.uk no longer exists - this was the problem company so that's good. But www.thehappyhealthcompany.co.uk is a legit company with thousands of postive reviews on shopper approved with a contact telephone and email address!

Karon, I havent tried that, but cannot log in anymore. Even when I request a new password, when I put the new one in it doesnt work. Weird. Keep us updated, as to whether you get your goods.

Claire, I have sent the letter recorded delivery today and also emailed it to them. Lets hope i get the same result you did.
Has anyone tried to go onto the site to see if you can order the goods? I went to see what it would do and the option to purchase isnt there anymore for me. I wondered if its just when i log in to it.

I didn't receive my order, emails went unanswered. Then I contacted Consumer Direct (08454 04 05 06) and got wording for a legally-referenced letter asking to cancel my order and get a refund. The same day they received this letter (by recorded delivery) they sent me an email saying they'd despatched my order. The day after that I actually received it. Worth a go.
