I had some difficulty for partial return. After buying product, I found one of my product easily worn out. I didn't make a return but no complain.

For the website?

If you're talking about posting your review on the website? Do a search on the website for the product you've bought - there should be a tab that says "Write a review" it should be way down near the bottom of the screen after showing the wigs in different colors. (If you're posting about a wig). Look for "customer reviews". Then add your own review. They don't screen out or post "only positive" reviews. You'll see the good bad and ugly on that site.
