Yes I logged onto site jabber and left review when I found out that grpupon doesn't do reviews. I have bought about 75 items on site and mostly been good experience. I did call customer service and after I tried 3 times I got a really. Nice friendly and helpful rep
She helped me log in and fix my problem. Yes I did purchase 6 of canvas pictures I did not use because as I was trying to put pic in I had to agree to a club.
I bought a couple things I tossed into trash. The back brace with copper was awful.
I did the books you add kids in the story very disappointed. I see me! Has great books for that.
Anyway. Good luck. I also check amazon on items to see if honestly good price.

The problem here is that Groupon could care less about your review or mine. They are a company with the goal of making money and running off before people get a chance to notice that they got ripped off. They collect 50% of the service or product sold, most people don't redeem it, many times the offers are not even close to what they seem to be and Group on is living large with the money they made and laugh at you complaining. MILLIONS of people use them and millions of people find out it is the worst but there they are - still selling and still ripping people off (their vendors AND their consumers) and no one can do anything about it. It really is a license to steal your money!
